This machine is a high-precision roughing and finishing combo machine for shoe last. According to the actual production needs, you can choose three different working modes: only roughing, only finishing, first roughing then finishing. It is suitable for sampling and mass production.
1) Built-in 2 sets of different function of cutter heads, one set for roughing, the other set for finishing, fast and efficient.
2) Italy CNC operating system and software, perfectly compatible and execute FRV files.
3) Enlarge yardage by 3D Technology, the shape and angle of the toe remain unchanged after infinite times of grading.
4) The multi-thread computing real-time system, can process the original and the other grading sizes to improve the production efficiency.
5) Following European quality standard, using Italian mechanical assembly process and famous brand parts, reliable and durable.
6) The whole series of MOD have upgraded to high-speed version from 2022. The speed of fine turning increased by 50% compared with the original.
