The 18th China (Wenzhou) Int’l Leather Fair was successfully closed in Wenzhou
The 18th China (Wenzhou) Int’l Leather Fair was opened at the Wenzhou Int’l Convention & Exhibition Center on August 28th, 2013, which was co-organized by Wenzhou Municipal People’s Government, CPPIA, Artificial & Synthetic Leather Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association, Wenzhou Shoe & Leather Industry Association, Wenzhou Synthetic Leather Chamber of Commerce and Zhejiang Donnor Exhibition Co., Ltd. The vice president of China Leather Industry Association, the executive president of Wenzhou Shoe & Leather Industry Association, Ms. Xie Rongfang and The vice Director of China Plastics Processing Industry Association Mr. Cao Jian gave a welcome speech.
There are 612 exhibitors gathered here to display their newest product, who hails from, Pakistan, India, Thailand, Taiwan (China), Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Zhejiang and etc. According to the statistics, there are 15328 visitors during the three days’ exhibition period, including 1050 overseas visitors, who are from more than 40 countries and districts like Iran, India, Turkey, Pakistan, Indonesia, Brazil, Egypt, Columbia, Mexico, Russia, Hong Kong, China Taiwan and ect.
Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony of 18th China (Wenzhou) Int’l Leather Fair was held on 29 August, 2013 in hall 5. More than 20 Chamber of Commerce and Associations attended the ceremony. On the ceremony, Ms. Xie Rongfang, the vice president of China Leather Industry Association, the executive president of Wenzhou Shoe & Leather Industry Association, gave a welcome speech.

Reception Banquet
The reception banquet of the 18th China (Wenzhou) Int’l Leather Fair was held to show sincere thanks to all supporters from home and abroad. More than 200 distinguished guests were invited to the banquet, including government leaders, association leaders, media partners, representatives of exhibitors, etc. During the banquet, attendees enjoyed fantastic presentations, such as singing, dancing and etc. All attendees had a nice and unforgettable night in Wenzhou.

Selected Leather & Synthetic Leather Trend Show
This session, the selected leather & synthetic leather trend show was located in Hall6. The organizer helped to display the newest selected leather products with labels which were provided by the exhibitors. All the leather products were classified into four groups to conform to the color of four seasons. Visitors could choose the products they like and find the detailed information about the products in the label. Gathering various products here, this area attracted many visitors to stop their feet here to have a look.

During the exhibition period, there was an area in Hall6 for leather carving show. Skilled craftsmen were showing the craft of carving leather and making shoes.

Trip for Oversea Visitors to Visit Local Synthetic Leather Manufacturer
As a featured activity of China (Wenzhou) Int’l Leather Fair, more than 50 oversea buyers were gathered to visit a local synthetic leather manufacturer on Aug 30th. It is an activity aimed at providing the buyers a platform to have a close contact with local synthetic leather manufacturer. During the visit, buyers and manufacturer had a pleasant communication. All the participants highly praised this activity.
Lottery Draw
In order to extend our sincere thank to all the visitors, there was a lottery draw on site. Visitors who did the questionnaires and put them in the lucky lip had chances to join a lottery draw. The organizer generously provided 5 Ipad Mini as the gifts for this activity. Most visitors joined this actively.

With 18 years' accumulation, Wenzhou Int’l Leather Fair has developed as a key channel and platform to promote brand image and improve brand value for enterprises at home and abroad.
