Distinguished guests and press friends: At the beginning, as the Organizer of the 11th China (Wenzhou) International Leather Fair and 2006 Int’l Shoe Machinery & Raw Materials Exhibition, please allow me express my appreciation and welcome for your presentation. To improve the industry’s purchasing platform to facilitate exchanges and cooperation of the buyers and manufacturers, both sides should strengthen the communication of information, and further promote the leather and footwear industry's sustainable development, according to industry trends and the needs of corporations, the 11th China (Wenzhou) International Leather Fair and 2006 Int’l Shoe Machinery & Raw Materials Exhibition will base on the same period of opening, separate publicity, operate independently and complement each other with respective advantages of established principles. The organizing committee has formulated the following related strategic steps and initiatives for next edition of the fair: First, on the All China Shoe-Tech exhibition development, continue to strengthen the exhibition in Shoe materials, shoes machinery advantages, continue to build a complete exhibiting items industrial chain. This year's shoe materials and shoe chemicals participating suppliers has more than 20% growth, which has become the well-known exhibitions with largest Shoe materials and chemical manufacturers exhibitors, the full series of exhibits, the most widely radiation in congener exhibitions of China mainland. You may have noticed that Qingdao Shoe materials exhibiting group, known as "China soles production base" first to join our team, which not only greatly enriched our exhibits category, but also widely provides a more extensive opportunity for the customers to make a choice, I would like to represent the buyers to express the welcome and gratitude to their arrival. (About the group’s exhibiting influence in our fair, you can raise your question later) In the next exhibition, the organizing committee will consolidate the current shoe materials and chemicals’ achievement; the more similar invitation will extend to the congener organizations to meet the constant demand of our buyers. On Shoe Machinery, the scale levels with last year, but we furthered expand the scope of the exhibitors from Dongguan, Wenzhou, China Taiwan as well as international shoe enterprise. No exaggeration to say that this shoe machinery fair is China's largest exhibition of shoes machinery, the most wide variety of exhibits and the highest level of technology development. In next year expo, we will continue to make efforts to further strengthen its advantage in this respect, to provide China's shoe machinery enterprises more opportunities in the international arena and build a wide platform for world's most advanced products and technology in China market. Leather Exhibition continues buyers’ inviting in different areas. At present, major uses of natural leather and synthetic leather are: clothing, gloves and quartermaster supplies fashionable consumption; Specifications of various species of colored shoes, sports shoes, casual shoes and other footwear materials; Bags, handbags, handicrafts, industrial products, packing materials and other daily necessities; Car Seat, Cushion, Pillows for Cars; Sofa, furniture, interior decoration and other new materials and decorating; Sporting goods, stationery, documents and other cultural goods materials which have a bearing on people's daily life. This year we successfully launched the "Chinese Synthetic Leather year" activity, this activity has not only been supported by the CPPIA、CPAS, Wenzhou Synthetic Leather, Guangdong Gaoming Plastics Industry Association etc. and other organizations, also got supports from China Synthetic Leather brand-name enterprises, the most important thing is the current activities greatly promoted the development of Chinese Synthetic Leather (Wenzhou international leather Fair) and gained the concern from the international buyers. From our current buyers analysis, more than 24% of international buyers come to purchase synthetic leather in the fair. We can see "purchasing synthetic leather from China, Chinese Synthetic Leather from Wenzhou Int’l Leather Fair." Such a Procurement concept has being formed; we have reason to believe that, through our concerted efforts, the procurement concept will be surely realized. The next exhibition will consolidate garment leather, shoe leather, sofa leather, bags leather buyers inviting. Further develop and enhance automotive inner decoration, leather upholstery and other new buyers inviting to the exhibition to fully benefit our exhibitors. Third, strengthen international buyers inviting. Develop a strategy to invite international buyers. China (Wenzhou) International Leather Fair and Shoe machinery & Raw Materials Exhibition will center in the international buyers inviting. Adhere to develop buyer from more countries and regions. After more than 10 years of the exhibition, we have established cooperative and favorable relationship with the footwear, leather and other organizations from Italy, the United States, Turkey, Brazil, India, Mexico, Germany, Pakistan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China Taiwan and several other countries and regions. Furthering intensify the cooperation and friendship through a variety of channels, next step we will organize more international suppliers and procurement groups to our fair, while further strengthening in the leather and leather type of application categories, domestic and international professional media propaganda!
