Pampili to boost expansion with a focus on innovation

In 2025, Pampili plans to open 15 new stores in the capital cities of Brazil and expand its international presence in South America. To support this strategy, the company is investing in modernising production, increasing efficiency and reinforcing its commitment to sustainable practices.

Pampili is also introducing initiatives such as cashback programmes, personalising the consumer journey using CRM and strengthening the omnichannel approach, as well as expanding the product portfolio. These initiatives are intended to provide customers with a more integrated and personalised shopping experience.

In a statement, the footwear manufacturer emphasised that the investments were “strategic moves that reinforce our position as a benchmark for fashion, innovation and sustainability”. According to the Exclusivo news media, over the next five years, Pampili plans to open 100 new stores, reinforcing its mission to create a better world “transcends business and has a positive impact on society”.  

In 2024, the company received the Reclame Aqui award in the ‘Children’s Footwear – Manufacturers – Large Operations’ category, highlighting its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Pampili also invests in eco-friendly materials, minimises waste and optimises energy consumption, with the goal of achieving the Diamond Seal in the Sustainable Origin programme.
