The Shoes and Apparel Account for One Third of Wenzhou’s Exports
The city’s total foreign trade maintains the upward trend for three consecutive months, the trade value in May surged by 31% to 1.83 billion US dollars, for the first five months it shows a growth of 32%. In term of market EU, America, ASEAN and Russia are still the main four export destinations that represent 53% of trade value, this is according to the statistics of Wenzhou Customs.
In value term the export of shoes and apparel in May took up one third of the city’s total export.
