Taiwan to invest 1.18 billion yuan on shoemaking in Luohe city
A business delegation headed by Qi Jinli, the mayor of Luohe, made an eight-day trip to Taiwan during April 19 to 26, 2011.
Taipei City Mayor Hau Lung-bin met the mainland delegation when they arrived in Taiwan, after that the delegation also paid visits to Mr. James Soong and other political figures.
The delegation has achieved many intentions on cooperative projects on the business talking with various Taiwanese counterparts, and two shoemaking projects with 1.18 billion yuan to invest in Luohe city were signed by two Taiwan shoemakers.
