Shoe Exports up 80% in Heilongjiang for the First Three Quarters
According to the statistics of Haerbin Customs, shoe exports in Heilongjiang province grew 83.4% on annual basis to 210 billion pairs worth US$670 billion, in value terms it was up 52.9% for the first three quarters.
Russian is the main shoe export destination for Heilongjiang province, accounting for 37.8% of the total shoe exports in the province, shoe export to ASEAN countries saw a huge growth, surged 5.5 fold from the year earlier and represented 22% of the province shoe exports.
96.4% of exported shoe were made by private enterprises. The exports for state-owned enterprises and collectively-owned enterprise both reported a growth of 4.4 folds from the same period of last year.
