Igi&Co’s new Green project was initiated by one of Italy’s leading companies to improve our future and that of the planet, through a more sustainable approach.
Act well today, to live better tomorrow: this is the “motto” behind Igi&Co’s Green project, the programme that encompasses all the industrial group’s choices and activities in terms of sustainability and commitment to the environment, as well as an increasingly integral part of the company’s DNA. With this in mind, the sneakers proposed have an upper in genuine leather – sustainable material par excellence – or in certified recycled fabric, combined with a removable footbed in cork and recycled material, laces in recycled or natural material, lining in recycled material or 100% certified chrome-free leather and sole with a high content of recycled material and/or vegetable components. All this ensures a product that is not only beautiful and trendy but attentive to preserving the beauty and health of people and their environment.
