Cienta & Natural World: two brands, a single ‘ecological vision’

Thanks to a traditional and environmentally friendly production system such as vulcanisation and the use of the latest technological innovations, the Spanish company that owns the brands for children and for the whole family successfully exports to 56 countries around the world.

Two brands, but one vision aimed at protecting man and the environment: Cienta, specialised in children’s shoes, and Natural World, dedicated to the whole family, are the two faces of Gromo World, a Spanish company based in the renowned footwear region of Arnedo, La Rioja, which has made ‘sustainable quality’ its business card in the world. “The essence of our brands is made up of love for nature and the authenticity of our products , which have always guided our ecological philosophy – states Blas Leon Fernandez, General Manager of Cienta -. All our shoes follow, in fact, an environmentally friendly production process with over 100 years of tradition behind it. We are talking about the vulcanised system, which requires a specific type of machinery, known as the “Vulcanization System”, and which only uses organic raw materials like natural and recyclable rubber. This, combined with raw materials used for the upper, like organic cotton, offer 100% ecological footwear”. “This is how we work in our Arnedo offices to improve the planet we live on and guarantee a better world for our children.
